Massanjore Dam is the dam at Mayurakshi River situated at Massanjore city near Dumka at Jharkhand in India. The dam is also called as Canada Dam or Pearson Dam because the counterpart fund is raised by supplies of wheat from Canada for use in India. The dam is provided with all the facilities for tourists like food stalls in the night and some small shops providing snacks & drinks and you can plan your trip throughout the year as the climate here is not very harsh.
