Talle Valley for Trekkers

How to reach

The nearest airport near Talle valley is in Guwahati. You can take a local or a private vehicle to reach there by ziro valley. The nearest station to Talle valley is Naharlagun railway station which is approximately 90km from Talle valley. You can also take a road trip for a wonderful journey. There is a 37 km foot trek from Ziro to Talle valley for all trekkers.

Best season to visit Talle valley

To experience the best weather of the rain forests with magnificent mountains flashing at a distance you must visit there in the months between October to March.

About the place

Talle valley wildlife sanctuary is at an elevation of 1200 to 3000 km. Starting from the Ziro valley this place is exceptionally tempting and a great place to explore the Apatani tribes. The rich culture and traditions attract a lot of tourists from all over the world. Through Talle valley trekking you will explore three valleys of the district that is Talle valley, Ziro valley, and the Pangey valley.

An inner line permit is necessary to enter the state of the northeast which is easily available online at around INR 100-400.
